GROUP PLANNING EXERCISE (GPE)
- Consists of 3-4 situational problems given on a model.
- Consists of 05 stages.
- GTO explains model.
- GTO reads narrative connected to the model.
- Candidate read narrative for 05 minutes, narrative collected and doubts, if
any, clarified. - Candidate write individual solution in 10 minutes.
- Discussion and arrival at a common solution in approx 20 min.
- Reasonable assumptions can be mode.
- Active participation is essential.
- Efforts to be made to give the group plan.
