LECTURETTE

1. Each candidate has to prepare on a topic for 3 mins and then deliver a
   lecture for 3 mins.
2. 04 topics given on a lecture card out of which one topic is of high
   average nature, two of average and one of below average nature.
3. GTO assesses the communication ability and confidence of the
   candidates.
4. While the 1st candidate is preparing for the lecture, the GTO utilises this
   time by letting the candidates introduce themselves
